Job Title: Janitorial Cleaner
Compensation: $12-$18hrly (bi-weekly)

Shift: 2X Weekly (Will confirm before start date)

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across various facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial, residential, or industrial cleaning and possess a strong work ethic. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike. Duties

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in designated areas
• Conduct floor care tasks such as buffing, polishing, and maintaining various flooring types
• Utilize custodial equipment and cleaning supplies efficiently and safely
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs or touch-ups
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment
• Support special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned
• Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning roles preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing
• Experience with industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance is a plus
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery and tools effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate loads as required
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
