AFS continues to expand its services through wholesale products (retail, cleaning supplies, disposables, and personal care). We are in need of experienced Spanish-speaking Sales Representatives to build relationships and close pending sales within the local Spanish-speaking community. Our Sales Representatives will have a mix of new and existing customers to prospect. Compensation is base + commission. We are looking for a representative to service our Philadelphia and New Jersey markets.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain key account relationships and meet sales goals across the full line of our product offerings.
• Foster an authentic relationship and rapport with current and potential customers.
• Provide value-added insights into customer needs and industry trends.
• Provide input into the company's product, pricing and service strategy planning.
• Collaborate with our other sales professionals to create new market opportunities. Prepare quotes and estimates promptly.
• Participate in company-sponsored promotions.
• Resolve customer issues.
• Qualifications: Fluent written and conversational Spanish.
• Regularly listen to customers in an empathetic manner, ensuring understanding of questions, concerns and requests.
• 3 years of successful experience in wholesaling products is highly desirable.
• Self-directed work ethic. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong PC skills and experience using sales tracking software.
• Ability to work independently and build strong relationships. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, sales and presentation skills.
• Use of a personal vehicle to provide service to customers.
• This includes maintaining required car registration and insurance.
• A valid driver's license is required.
