Full time position as a Personal / Team Assistant in Dallas, Texas.
Support the principal and colleagues with everyday administrative tasks and errand running. Organising the CEO's private and business engagements. The candidate must be eager to learn, proactive, flexible, and willing to take on the smallest of tasks, as well as more significant challenges. The role is based in Dallas, Texas with some possible travel (although this is vary rare). You must be based in Dallas, Texas.
Hours are M-F 9am - 6pm, 1 hour lunch break, with out of hours as is required as a Personal Assistant. You will work from the home in Dallas, Texas. If contractors come early, you will start earlier. You must be flexible. Experience with hotels/house manager is a plus. Schedules are constantly changing, and each day will be different.
Candidate must be:
•Fluent / good level of Spanish - (Desirable or willing to learn will not be accepted. You will be expected to liaise in Spanish from your first day)
•Flexible and positive attitude - Last minute travel, adhoc hours to help with events, contractors and the principals schedule
•Full Driving Licence
•Must have prior experience as a Personal Assistant/Administration role. Heavy diary management across multiple time zones, basic book keeping, proficient in Microsoft Office.
•Must be based in Dallas, Texas (Moving to Dallas will not be accepted)
